Meet our Founder
WellDraftd founder M.D. Wade is an attorney and writer with over a decade of experience negotiating and drafting multi-million dollar technology contracts and contract training material for Fortune 500 companies, including Big Tech.
Wade has drafted and negotiated a wide variety of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, software license agreements, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS agreements, robotics agreements, SLAs, Support Service Terms, GDPR and CCPA data processing agreements, implementation SOWs, IT staff augmentation SOWS, RFx events, and more. Wade also trains legal professionals and procurement professionals on technology contracting best practices, template drafting, and negotiation.
Also a published writer with a BA in English Writing and a passion for the intersection of technology and law, Wade created WellDraftd to make legal protection more accessible to mobile app developers, content creators, and freelancers.
